Preliminary agreements on this were reached during the large-scale international conference Argus East Europe Fertilizers 2019 which was held in Vienna (Austria) from May 15 to 17.
Representatives of Almaz Fertilizers / GMZ Lermontov, as well as the exclusive Cashmere Capital trading house, held more than two dozen meetings with potential buyers of monoammonium phosphate (MAP), diammonium phosphate (DAP) and monopotassium phosphate (MKP) during the conference days. Following a series of negotiations, the parties agreed on trade cooperation. Currently Almaz Fertilizers is preparing the necessary documents for the conclusion of the agreements and product samples for testing on the customer’s fields.
“We saw an unprecedented interest in the products of Almaz Fertilizers at the Argus conference. I would suppose that during these three days we managed to communicate with all potential clients at the exhibition. And since Almaz Fertilizers is the only Russian manufacturer of 100% watersoluble fertilizers MKP (monopotassiumphosphate) and DAP (diammoniumphosphate), competing and even surpassing the world’s best analogues, the interest in us is easily explainable”, said Edward Gurary, CCO of Cashmere Capital Trading House.
Today, Almaz Fertilizers has more than 300 customers around the world, including large agricultural holdings and leading international traders. The company's products are certified in 40 countries. Large deliveries of Almaz Fertilizers products is delivered to Turkey, Italy, France, Israel, Algeria, the USA, Kazakhstan and some other countries. Earlier it was reported that the first large batch of fertilizers was shipped to Azerbaijan after restarting production at the plant.
